Are you finding your engagement is low?

By including a call to action you are informing your audience how to respond.
Without a call to action people might read you post and like the content but move on with out responding.
Don't worry the call to action doesn't need to be pushy.

Top Tips
👉Keep it to 4 lines - any more and viewers will need to click view more, let them have all the information right there
👉Who do you help? - Call out your audience 📣
👉How do you help? Let your audience know exactly what you can do for them 🤩
👉What can they achieve? Let them know what results they can expect by using your business 🏆
Your bio can be changed as often as you like so keep it up to date as your business changes.

Did you know....?
There are only 2 areas on your instagram page that can be searched for.
1) Your username
2) Your Name
Both of these can be up to 30 characters.
I recommend you use your business name / your name for your user name.
Your name needs to call out what you do.....
Is you are a fashion retail in Norwich then tell that to you audience.
If somebody should search"fashion retailer in Norwich" your business is likely to come up.
Always remember we're not only trying to appeal to your current audience, we are also trying to attract new follower but the correct followers.
Revisit both your name and username and check that they should about who you are and what it is that you do.
If they don't you can change them every 14 days.

By using the right hashtags it is is possible to increase your reach organically and get those posts seen.

⭐️ Research and find relevant hashtags for your niche and your industry. Keep them logged for future posts.
⭐️ To stop your posts getting lost among all the others with the same hashtag focus on using less popular tags. Those under 100k will have a better chance of being seen.

Time for a little re-introduction...
I'm Carla, mum of 3 living in Norwich Norfolk.
My experience is in retail management and I'm enjoying using my existing skills set in wonderful world of social media.
I have an eye for a bargain and love shop! Can be an expensive hobby!! 🛍
In 2021 between juggling the children, work and covid hitting the household, I finally managed to find the time to complete a course in social media management, something I have been wanted to do for a long time.
The course was with and I can't rate it highly enough. They cover absolutely everything and in so much detail with ongoing support too.
As an added bonus I have wonderful new work colleagues Helen Loder Social Media, Slice of Social and I know we'll go on to be lifelong friends 💕

After what seems like a really long Christmas break….the Christmas holiday usually goes so quickly but this time it’s feels like my children have had a mini lockdown with the homeschooling (thankfully!)

Today our whole gang are all back to school / nursery so at last I can turn my head to work (and hot coffees again!) ☕️
So here’s to a very happy & healthy 2022 🎉……I realise I’m slow to kickstart the new year and that we are a full 7 days in but until the tree came down yesterday it was still Christmas here, and the twinkly lights were keeping my motivation very in Christmas mode ✨
I’m in now and looking forward to finding what 2022 may bring…..🤩
