Pretty staggering really...

A huge 85% of workers in the UK are unhappy in their jobs! 😱

Finished reading Rewire Your Mindset tonight.

Fantastic book and great to learn from someone like Brain Keane.

You kind of have to listen to a man who ran six back-to-back marathons in the Sahara Desert 😆

He really makes you realise how we all can change how we see life, how we feel and how we react to certain things that happen.

So many points in this book will stay with me.

Love his quote " tell me what you do everyday and I will tell you where you will be in a year“.

So very true!
