RE : Peel RE:Peel is a night Lou & Rob organise to bring like-minded local DJs to the decks. We do events too.

RE:Peel's offerings are a welcome slice of music from the more interesting edge of things, as championed by John Peel in particular. On the first Saturday of every month, we play the stuff you don't normally hear on a night out, the sort of stuff you want to hear, the sort of stuff you'd play yourself, the sort of stuff you'd forgotten about and when it comes on, well, that's why you're there. Wit

h Lou & Rob on the decks and regular guest DJs spinning their own take on what makes music marvellous and not monotonous, it's all killer.

Great to see everyone yesterday at Cluny 2 for Part Toon Punks 2026. Thanks for coming down and supporting the artists and the venue; if you hadn't got a ticket, there would have been no show and that would have been rubbish. As it was, we had a blast, so thanks again.

We need your help.

Our friends at RE : Peel are planning a special tribute to David Bowie by selecting on of his albums to play in full to kick the evening off.
We want to hear your suggestions for what album to play. It could be a personal favorite, one you think will kick the evening off with a bang or one with a special meaning to you. Leave your suggestions in the comments or DM ourselves or Re: Peel

After that it'll be the usual eclectic splendour with a smattering of Bowie bits and hits throughout.
Thanks!

And the stage is (half) set... See you when The Exes take the roof off at 1 o'clock.

Well the moment that many of us thought would never arrive is here! Almost 25 years after they ceased playing the band will reform to play as part of Rough Trade's 50th anniversary celebrations. At this stage only a single gig has been scheduled for November with tickets going on sale Friday 16th of January, with commentary from guitarist Robert Dallas Gray hinting at further gigs. Keen to hear if any page members plan to attend. Hopefully there will be gig poster and merch, given how little band memorabilia is around. So happy to hear this news, especially for all of the fans who for whatever reason (such as not yet being born!!) didn't get to see the band first time around.
