The best books tell you a story you already know. This couldn’t ring more true than for when you learn a new concept that helps you understand your own thoughts or the world around you. It’s like when someone lifts up a blind in your house, the room doesn’t inherently change, but the light you see by gets brighter, and now you have the tools to clean things up.

The answer to the question of how you change your physique is the same as to how you change your mind - through consistent, effective effort, force and volume. “An avalanche starts with one pebble” and we intend to throw as many pebbles in your direction as possible.
