It's been an incredible weekend for Newark Shotokan Karate Club as we had the European Champions the JKA England Senior Men's Kumite Team join us.

Senseis Akbar, Shaun, Harrison, Aaron and Josh delivered a fantastic Train with the Champions course and Sensei Chris and myself even got the opportunity to interview them for the podcast.

A massive shout out to Sensei Chris who helped make this happen. Thank you to everyone who came Northamptonshire Karate Oss 🙇‍♂️🥋
