Social Media is becoming more and more important for business and if you're not using it, you're way behind. You need to use it properly. I have the skills and experience to take over your business's Social Media profiles and increase you brand awareness, reach, engagement and customer loyalty. I started off as a dedicated Freelancer that has a great amount of experience in Social Media Marketing.

I’ve been using Social Media since it first arrived on the scene and in the past few years I have become an expert in Social Media Marketing for business. I was born in the UK, and have lived here ever since, meaning my English spelling and grammar are right on point. I have flexible working hours so starting work immediately and delivering quickly is not an issue. I’m able to localise (or localize) all of my work to make sure I use either UK English, US English or AU English. Having grown up with the internet being a very normal part of everyday life, I consider myself very lucky to be one of the people who was using social media before Facebook was even created. Using networks like MySpace and Bebo to promote bands and events made me realise that there is a huge opportunity in social media. There had to be a way of reaching all those millions of users every day to promote any business, event, person or product. After graduating from The University of Derby with a BSc Psychology Degree I found myself working in an online company doing web design, mobile app development and eBook publishing. This was a great experience for me, helping me learn the inns and outs of utilising the internet for business. I was then recruited by a fast growing social media agency, and it was then that my passion for social media was reignited. Not only was I learning all about how to use social media for all kinds of different businesses, but I was learning about customer care and business growth. I knew this was my passion, and I wanted to do this on my own. I feel privileged and lucky that I can combine my experience, my degree and my life skills to do a job that I’m very passionate about. • Grab attention in the first 3 seconds
• Reels that are 30-60 seconds long see better performance (Note: 90 second reels are a no-no)
• Use trending hashtags (though IG’s CEO has repeatedly noted that hashtags don’t improve reach)
• Tap into trends, and trending audio
• Look to drive direct engagement (especially shares)
• Reply to comments within 7 days
• Share your content on IG at the same time as other platforms
• Create relatable, humorous content
• Upload clips in high resolution

As reported by Adweek, overall TikTok ad spend declined in both April and May, while four of the platform’s biggest spending advertisers have significantly reduced their TikTok ads focus in recent months, according to insights from MediaRadar.

Among the biggest declines, Target has reduced its TikTok ad spend by 30%, DoorDash has slashed its TikTok spending by 25%, while Bayer (-20%) and Procter & Gamble (-10%) are also shifting their focus.

A recent article in WSJ highlights the reality that social media influencers aren't rich, they're barely even getting by. Apart from a handful of overnight sensations, the majority of full-time content creators make less than the average minimum wage and it's getting harder and harder to make money because most platforms are reducing pay-outs and brands are being far more particular about who they partner with.
