Controversial and inexperienced young Vahan Kostanyan has been appointed 's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Previously, he served as press secretary of Pqashinyan's Civil Contract party, and later as an adviser to the Foreign Minister.
Regarding the scandalous death of 15 soldiers, Civil Contract MP Vilen Gabrielyan claimed that if he was from the opposition, he would have demanded MoD Papikyan’s resignation. But since he is a member of Pashinyan’s Civil Contract regime, he will support Papikyan.
