I'm thrilled to share this dress I made this weekend 💃 I really enjoyed making this dress and used my fav fabric and buttons to make it really special, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Beautiful fabric was from and the pattern is the Penny dress from Sew Over It

Today's me made is one I made a while ago...I ran into a fabric shortage last night 🤣
The top is crocheted in cotton, so although it isn't summery colours it's very light and breathable.
Skirt is made by me, and I'm super proud of putting in a zip properly!!

After a bit of a sewing fail I had this weekend I was very pleased with my sewing success 😁😁 unfortunately I don't have a pattern to share as I took apart an old dress to use as a pattern because I liked the fit, thankfully I remembered how to put it back together in this beautiful new fabric!
