BLUE CARIBOU IS 9 YEARS OLD!
(as of yesterday as we were late posting on here hahaha)
9 years has honestly crept up on us. We started this company as two fresh eyed uni graduates who really wanted to create some experimental and cool videos.
The fact that we still get to do that 9 years later is unreal.
Clients, partners, collaborators, and superstar friends who have come in at different points and stayed with us. You are the people who make each of our days so fun and allow us to do what we love.
Thank you to everyone who has taken a chance on working with us and to everyone who continues to take a chance on us.

It's already been a busy start to the week for our team, we've been working hard finalising a couple of brand videos for our client Anuradha!
Their fantastic company The Kowtha Constellation is undergoing an exciting rebrand, and we've been asked to create some commercials.
We wanted to make sure that our crew created a relaxed and welcoming environment on set, and after a full day filming, we have SO much content banked and ready to use for edits. β‘
We're currently deep in the edit stages, but we're really excited to see these videos develop further.

We had a blast down in London capturing another highlight promo, this time for a comedy night; Live At The Chapel π
Class performers had us in stitches behind the camera: Jen Brister, Ian Smith, Urooj Ashfaq, Amy Gledhill and Sara Pascoe - such a beautiful space and yet we're glad being in a church didn't sway the tone of the jokes.
Abbie captured this fun little moment where Joanne once again found herself on stage without meaning to draw attention to herself.
Big shout out to Jen for being a great sport about having us stood there haunting her improv
Overall it was such a fun time and we would love to film more of these!

On this cold and (very) crisp November evening we thought we'd share a bit of a throwback to better weather. Here's a cracking comedy fest at the Castlefield Bowl that we shot back in September π
A night of top notch comedians, stellar food and big belly laughs hosted by Hannah and the fab Laughterama team - Jo even got applauded on stage in front of thousands of people (a claim to fame some might say... π )
Isn't it strange to think this video was shot in scorching weather only 2 months ago when our team is now bundled up in so many layers for Christmas season? π

We recently had the pleasure to work alongside MCS for the launch of their new campaign.
Our team came together to design the look, tone and feel for these videos (their office was simply gorgeous to film in- what a lovely space!)
To best convey all of the information we needed to get across, key figures from the MCS team held a roundtable talk to discuss the launch of Low Carbon Landscapes, data insights, and how the report and dashboard provides insights that can really benefit those owning, working or installing across the sector.

Loaf All or Nothing Campaign Video
π¨The Loaf Kickstarter we worked on is now liveπ¨
The brief came in at the end of last week with an urgent deadline. The challenge was to film the campaign, edit it and return it in under 3 days, ready for launch.
So we prepared our side over the weekend, filmed it first thing on Monday morning and had a first draft sent over before 5pm that same day.
Our team has really enjoyed working to a challenge!
loaf_manchester needs all the help they can get to secure their first cafe. The rewards are based on backing now, and receiving cake later....it's a win-win situation π°

KTN Robotics and AI
We hope everyone is feeling recharged after a glorious bank holiday weekend! β¨
Last week was crazy with sign offs, especially with a large online Robotics and AI event from KTN going live. We were asked to create animations to promote their event and to play out at the beginning and end of each session.
We made sure to set targets and schedule ongoing updates to make sure that the client was happy at all stages of the process. It all paid off and once again we got to work with Purple Parasol Animation to bring to life such a fascinating topic!

Incomeing
Here's a recent fun demonstration video that has been approved and loved by Incomeing, who needed a demonstration video to promote their amazing app which helps make it easier for businesses to pay and get paid. π±
We ended up creating a lot of fun mock ups alongside Purple Parasol Animation, showcasing the benefits and ease of using the app whilst ensuring that we protect any and all crucial financial information.
