the approach this year is simply to be better than we were last year, we’re possible.

We cannot continue to sit and dwell on past experiences for those were once sent to us as life’s lessons.

The universe will consistently put the same problem in front of you, until you learn what your suppose to learn.

Instead of thinking why does this happen to me, think what’s this trying to teach me. How can I develop, how can I grow!

putting small amounts of self awareness & reflection upon your daily living habits will have your life evolve in ways your not even prepared for ( all positive of course )

Remember, everyone's mental health journey is unique, so it's important to listen to your body and adjust your fitness routine as needed.

Here are some of tips that help me when I go to the gym

1. Consistency is key: Establish a regular exercise routine that you can stick to, less is more at the beginning. Set yourself goals.

For the first month my aim was just to get to the gym and familiarise myself with the building and work on my social anxiety.

2. Choose activities that uplift you: Engage in physical activities that bring you joy and make you feel good.

3. Use exercise as a stress reliever: Physical activity can be an effective way to manage stress.

When you feel overwhelmed, take a break and engage in a workout session to release tension and clear your mind.

4. Set realistic goals: Set achievable fitness goals that align with your abilities and interests.

This can provide a sense of accomplishment and boost your self-esteem, contributing to improved mental well-being.

Small steps = Achieved Goals

5. Prioritize self-care: Incorporate self-care practices into your fitness routine.

This can include activities like stretching, taking rest days, getting enough sleep, and nourishing your body with healthy food.

Taking care of your physical well-being can positively impact your mental health.

6. Practice mindfulness during workouts: Use your exercise sessions as an opportunity to practice mindfulness.

7. Seek social support: Consider joining fitness classes or exercising with a friend or a group.

It takes time, you have to firstly accept it’s a slow process and with healing comes time.

Be patient with yourself and practice self-compassion along the way.

Remember that setbacks are a natural part of the process, and it's essential to treat yourself with kindness and understanding.

Remeber that the people and environments we surround ourselves with greatly influence our thoughts and emotions.

If you find a moment we’re your emotions are getting ahead of your thoughts then seek out supportive and positive individuals who uplift and inspire you.

Negative thinking can manifest in various ways, such as self-doubt, pessimism, and excessive worry.

To much negative thinking will drain your energy, eventually having a huge impact on your overall well-being & mood.

Recognising and acknowledging these negative thoughts is the first step towards breaking free from their grip.

Cultivating a sense of gratitude can significantly impact your mindset.

Take a few moments each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for.

Everything you’ve ever wanted is just one positive thought away.

with the right people around you I promise the world is anyone’s, the dream job, the new car, the fancy restaurants and the vacations.

this isn’t about anyone else other than YOU!

Imagine yourself writing a book and your the main character, ask yourself ‘what do you want for them? How do you envision there life? What’s there ending?

Your mindset is what separates you from the rest and to become the best you gotta let go of everything that no longer serves your purpose.

I’d rather worry about the chances missed than the failures gained because at the end of the day failure is just a lesson that teaches us how to grow in the right direction

For anyone thinking of going, get to the airport ✈️

Since I was a child I have been obsessed with the story of so being able to visit the museum was a moment and it didn’t disappoint, being able to experience apart of there life, listen to audio books of her diary and going into the annex has topped my museum moments by far.

the Cosmo space experience at was incredible I think it’s on till end of November & is for anyone who’s into dead people & cadavers

live laboratory is a great place for both adults & kids, even got a white jacket 🥼

Oh yeah and there’s a big pirate ship 2 that you can walk around 🏴‍☠️
