This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is loneliness. What things do you do to prevent you from feeling lonely? For some people who enjoy being social this can mean making sure to have lots of catch ups with friends and events planned. For others who prefer to be alone this can mean limiting large social engagements that make them feel left on the side lines and unseen in a big crowd. Loneliness doesn't mean being alone and it can feel very different to each of us, so do what works for you.

Great to have these guys doing their work experience with us last week as part of their University of Salford BA Television and Radio Production course.

We rounded off the week with a visit to one of the biggest radio stations in the UK where they pressed lots of buttons and asked plenty of questions.
