How we helped Wythenshawe Hospital enhance patient experience⬇️

Wythenshawe Hospital needed a web-based app to improve patient experience within their lung cancer service. They approached us, J B Cole, to develop a platform to capture, analyse, and present real-time anonymous survey results.

Our Approach
1️⃣ Discovery Sessions: We kicked off with in-depth sessions to understand the hospital's needs, focusing on the ‘Safe-7 Pillars’ that ensure patient comfort and safety.

2️⃣ Design & Development: We crafted a user-friendly, secure platform for anonymous surveys, making it easy for patients and carers to share their experiences.

3️⃣ Visual Admin Dashboard: We created an intuitive dashboard for hospital staff to filter and analyse the data, helping them monitor and improve patient care in real-time.

🚀 Our web-based platform met the lung cancer service's needs and was selected through a competitive pitch. We built wireframes for both the survey and admin dashboard, ensuring the system is accessible and secure, with potential for broader NHS application.
