read with Dexter Channing's VIRUS - a bit of background to this book - I started writing it in the midst of the actual ̇d19 in 2020 and when I sent the first draft to my wonderful editor Hache L Jones she sent me an email and told me she had to put the book down because she couldn't work out which bits were real and which were the fiction! In fact, for Virus my then publisher and I created a persona called Dexter Channing, whistleblower? government agent? conspiracy theorist? All the publicity was deliberately vague, and scarily believable! Who knew it was just little old me and my imagination, although I suppose if I was a man, I'd perhaps want to be someone like the fictitious Dexter Channing that we created.

So, I sent the to .treacher and we ended up agreeing that it didn't quite hit the mark. Back to the drawing board! Dawn had suggested the the drop of blood could become a theme throughout her covers, so then I came up with this! said Dawn! Phew!
