It's been a rollercoaster ride, from creating the film around the birth of our daughter, post-production during COVID restrictions, seeing it showcased across four continents at numerous film festivals (including L.A. Shorts International Film Festival, HollyShorts Film Festival, Martha's Vineyard AA Film Festival and Bolton Film Festival) and broadcast on the ShortsTV channel in the US and Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Last night BLANK SHORES won the B'Oscar award for Best Science Fiction at the Beeston Film Festival! Fortunately our very own co-producer Wes Williams was there to pick up the prize on the film's behalf.

After months of debate as to whether to wait until cinemas reopen, we decided to host the private cast and crew screening of BLANK SHORES online last Wednesday.

The night was hosted by our ever-professional co-producer, Wes Williams. The film’s screening was followed by a Q&A with our talented cast Georgina Campbell, Gary Beadle, and James Farrar, together with writer/director, Alex Kyrou, and producer, Clare Shields.

Massive thank you to Kay Czuba and Nick Mendoza-Connell from Arroyo.live for running a very smooth online event.
