From the moment she had her wedding to Prince Philip in 1947, The Queen’s distinctive style became known as her suit of armour, a uniform she wore every day until her final moments.
Elizabeth II executed her sense of style with sharp elegance and classic cuts. While she was not known to have the chic, stylish, and collected look that Princess Margaret emulated. The Queen, in due time, made her mark.

Historically known as Britain’s longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth’s time on the throne surpassed her predecessors. She has outlived presidents and prime ministers and survived significant socio-economical events throughout the latter half of the 20th century and seen the dawn of a new era.

During her rule, Queen Elizabeth II became an inspiration for the people. She became viral without even trying to be outlandish. The public will forever remember her as an impeccably dressed powerhouse in her custom bright-coloured suits, hats, pearls and the iconic handbag she always carried.

When it came to pairing up each film scene and art piece, what was your point of reference when it was down to choosing what was the most visually striking to your eye and mind?

The pairing of these two art forms was pretty challenging. It wasn’t and isn’t always so easy to find a great match from one art form to another. I would say when I see one pairing, that works for me. I can say voila! I stop looking. Sometimes it’s so exciting, for example, in 1932. I loved that Georgia O’Keefe flower, Jimson w**d, white flower No. 1.

When I discovered the film Grand Hotel was done in that same year and found the scene with Greta Garbo wearing that white tutu. It looked like Georgia O’Keefe copied her flower from that tutu. I was ecstatic. I couldn’t believe that I had found this perfect pairing.

The debonair leading men of Hollywood shine in ‘s at the with Gene Kelly leading the pack as the artist depicts him with another outstanding artist of the same decade

When asked about why she decided to combine both — Mrs. Lautenberg excitedly explains

Singing in the Rain was one of my very early pieces in this project. I love Gene Kelly, and the iconic image of him standing on the street lamppost in a dancer’s pose was going to be included in this project. I adored the movie and always loved the scene of him singing and dancing in the rain. But, of course, finding the perfect pairing is a challenge. I love the artist Yayoi Kusama, and somehow, I looked up to see what she had painted in 1952.

I wanted to scream with joy when I saw her painting of the sea from that year. The color matched the Singing in the rain scene almost precisely. Her image reminded me of the brick in Singing in the rain, which looks like rain is coming down. It was gorgeous together and has been so successfully loved and appreciated. The movie is 70 years old, and Gene Kelly’s wife, Patricia Kelly, reminded me of the opening of my exhibition at the Boca Raton Museum. She also told me he had a fever of 103 degrees when they filmed the scene. He was also the choreographer, director, and star of this movie. But even though the movie is 70 years old and the painting as well, it looks so fresh as they are paired together 70 years later. The piece is timeless!

The Queen of Fishtown ends its run on a high note with a splendid performance that struck audiences with the true blue American spirit in her homage to its birthplace, Philadelphia

America. You know, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Constitutional Convention, Liberty Bell? And somehow the Dallas Cowboys are nicknamed “America’s team?” I mean, seriously?! Come on! F*ck the Cowboys!

The world is changing, and so is the city of brotherly love. I don’t know about you, but in my family, change isn’t an easy thing to do. I wanted to conceptualize and play a strong, funny woman, who eventually learns the importance of self-care and that vulnerability isn’t a bad thing.

As a black woman/person, I want people to see “US”. All colors and races, I want them to see us, and not just look through us. I want them to see our hearts, our pain, and just empathize. I don’t want it to be a thing where we as black people feel overlooked and numb. No one will ever know what it’s like to be a black woman, but I want to do my best to make sure I come close to making sure people see “US”! As an actress, the closest thing we can do is show people a day in the life of who we are, as women of color.

P-Valley’s is best known for her role as Wanda in FX’s “Snowfall”. Talk about giving and being a voice to the unheard on “Snowfall” and now “P-Valley”. She is on some of the most popular shows and paving the way for women of color and the next generation that follows.

Gail stars as ‘Roulette’, a straight shooter, no game-playing dancer. As with several of the ladies, she has a past that she is running from, and finds community and solace at The Pynk. She’s enamored and downright inspired by the ladies calling their own shots and living on their own terms.

Olivia Newton-John ( ) the beloved singer who famously sang hit after hit in the 1970s -1980s and famously played Sandy alongside in GREASE passed away on August 8 2022 in her sleep
surrounded by her family and friends.

The singer revealed in September 2018 that she was treating cancer at the base of her spine. It was her third cancer diagnosis, following bouts with breast cancer in the early '90s and in 2017.

Dame Olivia Newton-John passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends. We ask that everyone please respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time," her husband, John Easterling, wrote in a statement on the singer's verified Instagram account. "Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer."

“The town of Virgin River is populated by a wonderful ensemble of lovable and quirky characters who all rely on each other, one way or another, to help navigate life’s various ups and downs.

My character, Brie Sheridan, is the younger sister of Jack (the show’s leading man and heartthrob, played by Martin Henderson) Brie’s a hardworking and ballsy lawyer with a very strong sense of independence. That said, when we meet her she just arrived in Virgin River under the guise of visiting her brother… but in reality, she’s secretly running from a deeply painful event in her recent past.”

His work specialises in “micro art” and patterns created using a pen technique which became his signature style. He taught animation and video game design for five years at a digital arts school in California for autistic young adults.
