Inspired by Nabta Playa in ancient Nubia, widely regarded as one of humanityโ€™s earliest astronomical monuments, the album explores our enduring relationship with the cosmos, the cycles of nature and the mysteries of deep time. Long before modern observatories, Nabta Playa was a place where the movements of the heavens informed ritual, community and spiritual life.

Through spiritual jazz, ancestral instrumentation, storytelling and cosmic exploration, Angel Bat Dawid and Naima Nefertari create a work that bridges ancient memory and future vision โ€” a deep journey where history, mythology, astronomy and creativity meet.
