Getting a good night’s rest can be hard, especially when you are stressed, over tired, travelling or coping with unexpected circumstances.
Even changes in routine with the arrival of Ramadan, or family problems can affect the quality of sleep – and ultimately affects your own health and wellness making you vulnerable to colds and other illnesses.
In the Qur’an, Allah stresses the importance of sleep stating in Surah Nur, “It is He who made the night a garment for you, and sleep a rest, and made the day like a resurrection.” The solution to lack of sleep is also provided as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) indicates in the Hadith, “He (Allah) has appointed a cure for every disease, so treat yourself medically, but use nothing unlawful.”
Dream Sticks are the first Halal-certified sleeping supplement for Muslims. Made in the UK, and containing no animal or alcohol product, the sticks have been described as offering ‘Sunnah in a stick’. Each stick contains all the foods mentioned in the Qu’ran and Hadith, together with ingredients backed by science which are proven to help improve sleep such as magnesium and L-theanine from Green Tea Extract.
