Lateral MGMT are partners with artists, songwriters and producers and help them achieve the most out of their musical careers. Our clients range from newcomers to superstars. Our mission is to take care of the economic interests of our partners, but everything we do originates in our passion for music. We represent Paloma Faith, Labrinth, Taio Cruz among others. Our songwriters and producers have

worked with artists such as Madonna, Katy Perry, Ghost, Britney Spears, Ke$ha, Robyn, Swedish House Mafia, Theophilus London and Usher to name a few. Our name is inspired by the concept of 'lateral thinking', the ability to think creatively, or "outside the box”, as well as lateral expansion which is the business term used to describe growth by co-operation and strategic alliances. We build long lasting relationships with people who make great music and that we enjoy working with!
