While the National Association of REALTORS ( @realtors ) has long advocated for fair housing, the latest campaign, created by @havaschi and directed by @noma_bar acknowledges that there is still more work to be done across the real estate industry.
Noma's spot uses color to advance the story, beginning in a colorless world that recognizes the issues many face and progressing toward a brighter, fairer future for all. The introduction of color is timed with this line in the voiceover: “It will take all of us.”
In this way color represents progress, and progress happens when we, all people, take on this issue together.
The media extends from OOH and print ads to social and a branded content series with VICE.
The campaign also includes a buy through connected TV and OLV that will have the benefit of reaching underrepresented and marginalized groups and BIPOC and LGBTQ+ businesses in addition to the campaigns primary target of first-time home buyers with the important message of equality in housing. The messages are targeted to fair housing advocates, including first time homebuyers, marginalized groups.

Teaming up with leading UK Gamer Steph Ijona AKA @NNESAGA who is the founder partner of the UK’s Leading Diverse & Inclusive Platform for Gaming & Entertainment.
In this superfun animation we personify Steph her as her very own gaming character to become the face of the new @EE Experience 5GEE Campaign
The 00:30 second animation brings Stephs world into the gaming universe. London is the backdrop and Greenwich is her level up. She fights off London pigeons and gaming lag meanies with her 5G abilities so she can game, anytime, anywhere, on the go, with all her gaming homies without any connection lag.
