Submissions are officially open! Returning to London for its 18th edition this September, The Smalls Film Festival is inviting all filmmakers to enter their work to this annual showcase of the very best short films from around the world.

From emerging voices to established professionals, we're looking for unmissable projects that share our love for short film and video. We want to hear from you!

Submit your shorts via before the Early Bird Deadline on 19th February for a discounted entry fee. The final date for entries is 11th June, and you'll find all the info on our website ✨

Over the weekend of 21-22 September, you can enjoy seven feature-length programmes encompassing Animation, Change, Comedy, Documentary, Drama, Music Video, and Student Film.

This year’s lineup features teenagers rescuing baby puffins, a hyperbolic take on alpha male fantasies, and a mystery hidden in a Seoul apartment.

Expect breathtaking visuals, stunning scripts, original new voices, global award-winners from SXSW, Sundance and Cannes, plus a few famous faces along the way...
