Hey everyone! 👋
I wanted to share a little bit about my journey as a social media manager. Three months ago, I had to make the tough decision to leave my job because I was struggling to balance it with taking care of my baby boy. While it wasn’t my dream job, I was actually quite comfortable in that position.
However, instead of letting this setback get me down, I saw it as an opportunity to pursue my DREAM project. I must admit, I was a bit scared at first. But then it hit me - this could be the chance to really work on something I’m truly passionate about.
You see, I used to work in marketing in Italy about a decade ago. But when I moved to the UK, I had to switch gears because I didn’t feel confident in my English writing skills. However, I’ve always known that being creative brings me so much joy. So, over the past three months, I’ve dedicated myself to updating my marketing knowledge and becoming a freelance social media manager.
It hasn’t been easy, let me tell you. I’ve put in a lot of hard work to organize my business and get everything set up. But it’s all been worth it. I’ve spent countless hours practicing creating posts for my friends and now I’m even working with my very first clients! 💻
I just wanted to share this story to remind you all that sometimes, unexpected changes can lead us down the path to our dreams.✨
As you can see I am not a young soul working from Bali, I am a happy mum working from home, and I am so grateful for this🤍
