Iranian foreign minister said during press conf in Istanbul said US bombing of Iranian peaceful nuclear facilities is illegal under international law. "It was rule of law & international law that was bombed" & diplomacy w US was blown up by Israel & diplomacy w Europe yesterday was blown up by US. NPT failed to protect Iran. Abbas Aragchi is going to Moscow this afternoon & meet Russian Pr tomorrow.

Iran foreign minister Abbas Araghchi speaking at UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. He said was defending against Israel's attacks adding it was against int law so was bombing of nuclear facilities. He will later meet Germany, UK & France foreign ministers.
