They love their scooters so much we always take them away with us - it makes travelling a lot easier as they don’t tire as quick on days out, meaning I don’t have to carry them! Win win!

We recently travelled to France using Irish Ferries and I was surprised how easy & stress free it was! Especially with our children in tow. Once on board there are a tonne of facilities for kids, including a soft play area, an arcades room, TVs with cartoons and a free activity pack. The kids were able to move around the ship as much as they liked....

The swimming facilities at this hotel are superb!! The splash park is huge, with numerous slides, tipping bucket etc. It’s a kids dream!! Splash Park There is a separate pool with big flumes & slides for adults and older kids. A baby / toddler pool with smaller slides and a small snake flume which my little boy loved! There are also numerous pools with no slides for relaxing....

NEWQUAY ZOO We really enjoyed our visit to Newquay Zoo while on holiday in Cornwall. It’s a perfect little place for families, it’s pretty flat and not overly massive which I loved! That’s a wrap on the Easter break! We’ve seen a circus, holidayed in Cornwall, done an Easter egg hunt, visited a zoo and numerous beaches, visited Lappa Valley, played Crazy Golf, held an Owl 🦉 done some crabbing 🦀, numerous park visits, arcades, swimming, made cakes, scooting and more! It’s been a blast! I now need a holiday to get over this one! 😆

We are back to normal tomorrow ☹️👎

NEWQUAY ZOO

We really enjoyed our visit to Newquay Zoo while on holiday in Cornwall. It’s a perfect little place for families, it’s pretty flat and not overly massive which I loved! The tropical gardens surrounding it made it feel so lovely! We discovered Oscar has a love for birds. The parrot was so playful he really made our day! There are a few play areas which the boys loved and an awesome gift shop! If you’re in this area be sure to check it out!

Hot Tub Life 💦

I received an email from the nursery asking if we still wanted a space in September for Oscar. He doesn’t turn 3 until December so I queried it and they said ‘it was a mistake’ and he can’t start until 2024. Dammit! 🤣 I think he is actually ready for it. Question is do I start him in one just to move again 2024 ? What would you do? ❤️ xx

The Liberty Fabay in Fethiye Turkey is a hotel that has something for everyone. My favourite part of the hotel has to be the beach-bar. Of course Oliver went as Batman it’s the only character yet he will wear! Oliver’s class were asked to wrap up a book they no longer wanted and swap it with a friend in his class - such a lovely idea!

The Village Hotel Bracknell is the perfect family hotel for a break away. This particular hotel is located near tonnes of family attractions. Legoland and Ascot are only 15mins away, Windsor 20mins and Thorpe Park within 30mins. The Discovery Centre, Go Ape and Coral Reel Waterworld are only 5mins away! I loved the kids check in. They were greeted with a goody bag which contained chocolate milk, a cookie, lots of puzzles, games & crayons to keep them entertained....

For any Thomas fan this is a must! Oliver was so excited to finally meet and ride the ‘real’ Thomas! His face beamed when he realised where we were and I’ll never forget that smile! My beautiful girl Irish 🐴
This one is causing me some what of a headache lately. Whether to continue riding her or retire. 6yrs I’ve battled injury and illness with her and it seems we always hit a road block. Each time I question whether I should continue. I’ve never been a quitter when it comes to horses but my passion is slowly being killed off. At what point do you throw in the towel?

Have you had to give up on something that you used to really love and enjoy? Did you regret it? ❤️
