Ps: if you are in a country like Nigeria where you pay rent Yearly, it would help to divide your total yearly rent by 12 to get the monthly rate and use that in your calculations.
💰 You should separate your Emergency Funds from your checking account but in an equally accessible account; I’ll recommend a High Interest Savings Account (HISA), well, that’s where mine is.
💰 Contribute to your Emergency Funds Monthly till you reach your goal and then focus more on bulking up your savings, investment portfolio or your travel funds.
