Hello Londoners - tickets on sale now! Mary Richards will be appearing at the Wimbledon BookFest on Saturday 12th June at 10am, talking about Take Me Outdoors and giving a live workshop for children. This is going to be a lovely festival, with the audience sitting at tables in a tent with open sides - Wimbledon Common will be a such great space to use the books after the event! Do come along if you can! Also - check out the events programme, as you might want to make a day of it and catch some of the other appearances.

✨ Happy new year everyone! Hope you’re all doing really well. We’ve been recovering here from a nasty bout of Covid-19, which ran rampant through our whole family of six over Xmas. We tested positive totally by surprise, and have no idea where it came from. At first it seemed that it was just isolation we had to contend with (hence the Xmas posts about boardgames), but it very quickly and rather scarily turned into breathing difficulties for me. Thankfully, I (Mary) am now through the worst and incredibly grateful that I’m making a great recovery, feeling better every day. Big shout out to the kids who have been brilliant in getting on with their own learning this week and being super chipper about the whole thing. Stay well everyone!

Keep sending us your pictures! 🌱
🌱 We’ve pushed the “official" release date of the book to 21 May, by which time it should be in stock in all the online shops (and you can definitely pre-order). 🍃
