We sat down with Lisa Desouza Filmmaker,Festival owner of the Santa Clarita Film Festival in California to discuss The Topic of my up coming video release called "Keep Fighting and what that means to her and her journey. Car.sessions2035. These will be a series of talks with various people that face adversity and who they are in the face of.

Adam Reeves, creator/publisher of a forthcoming 7-part comic book series about the life and times of Jamaican trombonist Don Drummond. I have been a ska and reggae fan all my life and a massive fan of ska-jazz giants the Skatalites. Previously I co-wrote a book called Alpha Boys School Cradle of Jamaican Music, along with US ska historian Heather Augustyn. The comic book series is an adaptation of Heather's 2013 book Don Drummond: The Genius and Tragedy of the World's Greatest Trombonist. Last week I launched a crowdfund campaign on Kickstarter to raise production costs for volume #1. So far we are 20% funded, but still a big way to go – we have til the end of the month! I wanted to ask if you would give your support to the project by featuring it on your show and also sharing it with your followers. This is a hugely important story that the world deserves to know about. In particular I want to place centre stage Drummond's lover Margarita Mahfood, who's life he tragically took. She was a fascinating character who appears to be have been written out of history. Her amazing life story should be known about.
