Recently spotted on BrainRave Music dabbling with some 'Ancient Voltage', NZ tech monster Victim DNB NZ now plugs into the legendary Renegade Hardware UK legacy with four powerful demonstrations in heavy slug-like sonics.

The title track 'Possession' sets the tone and bites with a Virus-like edge and sense of thick, swampy funk.

'The Master' continues that vibe but with much more of a European, high tempo edge.

Local pal and highly skilled craftsman in his own right obeisant joins for the final two cuts.... 'Acetone' is pure grizzle and venom while 'ITS' bumps and hustles with a much more contemporary twang. Naughty.

Emerging from the vibrant and ever-evolving Drum and Bass scene in New Zealand, Victim DNB NZ has very quickly become a name to watch out for. Known for his ability to blend hard-hitting basslines, intricate percussion and atmospheric soundscapes, Victim’s music represents the raw energy and emotion that has defined the global Drum and Bass movement. To add fuel to the fire the second half of the EP Victim collaborates with fellow New Zealand DNB producer obeisant where they join forces for two electrifying tracks that push the boundaries of drum and bass.
