Having disappeared from the music scene since 2015, Italian electronic music producer Andrea Iacopini, formerly known as ClassyMenace, is back with his newest project The Forgery. Launched at the beginning of 2017, The Forgery is slowly creating new ripples with his infectious and playful sound, inspired by House and Dance music of the past, present and future. k in London in 2008, Andrea has had the immense pleasure over the years of working with artists from around the globe such as Ann Saunderson, well known for Octave One's Chicago House joint 'Black Water'. House classic 'Break For Love' singer Keith Thompson. Synth and percussion scientist Robert DeLong. And many more. During the years under the alias of ClassyMenace, Andrea managed to land a recording deal with major label Sony Music Entertainment whilst residing in South Africa from 2011. In that time he gained much success across the nation, having had several top fives on radio with his originals and remixes, as well as a music nomination at the countries most prestigious music award. In 2014 he launched his debut album entitled '...Made Me Do It!', which was a symbolic dedication to all the artists who had influenced and inspired him to make electronic music. From Daft Punk to Groove Armada, David Guetta to The Chemical Brothers, and many others. Bringing us back to present days, The Forgery is currently signed to German dance-label WePLAY Music. A label which has represented an incredible roster of talented artists over the years such as: Axwell, Laidback Luke, Fedde Le Grand, Shapov, and so on. Together they will be launching The Forgery's first official debut single. In the interim, TF is currently planning a European tour in collaboration with U.K. based electronic music bureau Let's Just Be Friends Inc.
