For the last 17 years I have watched lots of Reviewers to buy Running gear for Trail Runs , off Road Park Runs and for the Road.

Running gear is very expensive, this Socks water proof is £38.00 , my Watch £700.00, Trainers £180.00 and other gear I use for training, long distances for all types of Weather.

To me watching good Reviewers matters a lot and to read what other buyers say about the products too, this combination is what helps me make my mind up if I should really buy that product or not and usually I get good tips where and when to buy cheaper.

I don't like to Rush, not all products are what seems to be, I don't like to waste my money and also affects what I do having the wrong products.

This year I will be able to participate in the Runs with SpecialEffect Charity organise and run 🏃🏃🏃 with their own T-shirts.

I just recovered from a serious tendon injury and I'm back training, 100km Ultra Marathons, training almost every day for the last 17 years I over trained.

This week I will try to contact the Charity to participate in their Team and hopefully I will be able to raise much more Funds for them.

I'm really looking forward to running with their T-shirts, I have so many sometimes it is hard to choose one 🤣

As you know running, we have to start from zero after a while without training.

Let's do this, hard work from Zero to Hero, we fall 20 times and we stand up 25, never stay down

Alex Wife is very supportive of what he does for a few years now, much more since they got Married in November but never shows on Social Media as she has a Reputation to keep as a NHS Cardiologist Doctor doing surgeries every day, wouldn't be okay with her Professional life

Yesterday Alex was setting up temporarily his Desk until he can set up in his new house 🏡

Dads Chaos

Good News
Yesterday Alex was setting up his PC Desk somewhere else, at the moment he can't set up in his new house.

I'm not 100% sure, I'm assuming very soon he will start playing new Games offline to Review them for his BeardedBreakdown YouTube Channel.

As you know he has been very busy in the last 6 months, buying a house to move from London to up North of England, getting Married, going on Honeymoon abroad, moving work from London to avoid commuting and everything else that comes in starting a new life somewhere else.

I'm not sure if he will be Streaming Live or not on BeardedBreakdown Twitch so soon or at all in the Future, we see, time will tell.

Alex life is different now Married with a Doctor Cardiologist working for NHS Hospital for the last 10 years doing 1 to 7 surgeries per day and with Marriage commitments, new Job he may not be able to Stream again.

Let's take one day at the time and I will keep you posted.
