After a first successful year of operation, Olam Ventures expands and changes its name 🚀

Olam's mission was to give high potential student entrepreneurs to meet like-minded peers with complementary skills. We helped and invested in a dozen growing startups such as upLYFT, Womco and Nestwork 📈

We realized that the student-entrepreneurship landscape was much larger and still unaddressed. Startups are being started every day and the most ambitious of them need more capital and support 💪

That's why we are launching Initiator VC. This new fund will allow us to invest up to $100k in 15 tech startups emerging from top UK universities 🇬🇧

🧑‍🎓 That is why we created Olam Ventures. The first talent incubator based in the UK, the US, France and Israel. We will help innovative students build disruptive companies by connecting them with their co-founder, advisors and investors!

👩🏻‍🏫 Our talent incubator runs a 12-week challenge for which we'll select 150 students from 20 elite universities. They will take part in a tailor-made program to develop their leadership and technical skills while getting inspired by incredible speakers. Our mentors are the best-in-class: they are serial-entrepreneurs, unicorn founders and CEO of multi-billion dollars companies!
