Sad news today. After 5 years of medical training, one of my mates has been struck off due to a minor discretion. He slept with one of his patients and can no longer do the job he loves. What a waste of time and money.

Genuinely a great guy and a brilliant vet.

How did we get here????

It’s Halloween week so they say but let me tell you a short story.

At my previous apartment, I heard a knock on the door and it was a lovely lady and her son. He was holding some sweets and he pointed them at me saying trick or treat….

Unknown to me because that was the very first time I was experiencing that so I honestly didn’t understand what I should do or even got what he said at first. So, I asked ‘what did you say?’ then again he said trick or treat.

They were obviously nice but looked scary to me and it was Halloween so I declined nicely. However, I noticed they left with frowned faces while I closed my door.

What would you do in a situation like this?

The only correct way to clean your bum after pooing is:

tissue first, water second, pat dry with tissue again and wash your hands.

If you're not doing this, you're dirty.

Pregnancy is the only time when you can do nothing at all and still be productive.

I know you might not agree that pregnancy humbled me outwardly but it did internally.

I learnt to love someone I have not seen
I learnt patience
I learnt to be grateful
I learnt to put myself first
I learnt to trust my instinct
I learnt to accept change
I learnt to eat healthy
I learnt to discuss my feelings knowing they are valid

Even if you're an underprivileged person from the trenches, please try and get some exposure and enlightenment.

Read a bit more. Watch royalties and imbibe great values. Polish your speech, dress clean and have some comportment.

Where money can't take you, class and comportment might help. There's nothing uglier than being underprivileged, uncouth and tacky. It's a fatal combination and you can't blame that on your background.
