Monday Motivation

There was a moment in my life when I started deeply asking myself: what Is My life’s purpose? What am I meant to do in this world? How do I find my path?

When These questions became a consistent voice inside me I couldn’t sleep anymore until I decided to take action and search for it. I needed to find the answers!!

And you know what, my friend remember this!
“Finding is reserved for those who search”!

I have a question for you? Are you looking for something? If you feel something is missing inside, are you searching for it?

When I found my life purpose everything around me started changing.
I saw a big vision so clear in front of my eyes. I wanted to add value to the lives of women around the world. Everything I wish for myself I want them to have, which means achieving the success i dreamt when I was young, the fulfilment and the desire to live in freedom and stand in my own power.... and never settling for less than I can be, do, or have. This way i can learn through my experience how to help others do the same!

What is your purpose my darling? Have you found it yet?

Begin to recognise the gifts you have inside, claim it, take ownership of it and share it with those around you.

Many times we try to run from what we don’t want’, and I always say “if you don’t like where you are, then you move, you are not a tree”. But the best way to move is to walk with commitment toward what you desire, and increase the ability to desire more. Focus on where you want to go rather than being worried with where you have been. The difference between the two is energy.

Use your energies wisely, focus on what is in your control.

💫From the poor villages of southern Italy to business success - Giuseppe Cicorella 💫

Giuseppe’s story is one of those very inspiring stories that demonstrates that after many failures there can still be success if there is enough self-belief. From his beginnings in a happy but poor family in his native village of Conversano in the south of Italy, to Milan and then to the USA Giuseppe got to know another world. Was it easy for him? Absolutely not! But despite constant failures he never gave up and continued to chase success until it finally arrived. Today he runs a profitable venture, has adopted ten children, and has become a visionary leader.

The world is facing difficult pandemic days. But this doesn’t mean that we stop, on the contrary, it means that we find the strength to rebuild even stronger, even more united. Today started the Global Woman Summit, definitely an elite event that brought together some of the “bright” minds of the world, instructing us in valuable tips. It doesn’t matter if you are a successful woman in business, a successful woman in family, an unemployed person, someone who is looking for ideas, who is looking for support, or who is looking for a way out of a crisis, this Summit will be the summary of everything you are looking for.

On its first day, this event was opened by the founder of Global Woman, Mirela Sula. Thanking everyone present and giving a description of all the topics and speakers of the first day, Mirela gave the floor to Giovana Vega, who with her panel discussed the topic ‘The Role of Women in Leadership’. Anne Kristine Aksnes, Kim Lee Macquet, Linda Attram & Rebeca Riofrio, shared their powerful stories along with tips for the general public.
