Step inside Le Grand Café, the latest jewel in Paris’s culinary crown, nestled within the newly restored Grand Palais. Designed by Joseph Dirand, this striking brasserie blends Beaux-Arts elegance with the intimacy of modern dining. Warm textures - brick, wood, terrazzo, and marble - are paired with plush banquettes, Belle Époque-inspired lighting, and soaring ceilings. From the showstopping oyster bar to the terrace with views over the Champs-Élysées, every corner is pure theatre.
On the menu? Classic French dishes reimagined with Mediterranean flair by chef Benoît Dargère, and cocktails crafted by Colin Field, former head bartender at Bar Hemingway. It’s old-school glamour, remixed for now.
