Tusk Bar is located inside The Evelyn Hotel in NoMad. The space was designed to resemble a Parisian apartment, featuring brass fixtures, marble surfaces, mirrored walls, and low lighting. The bar serves classic cocktails with a contemporary twist, oysters, and seafood-focused small plates. Named one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America, it’s open daily from 4 pm to midnight, with both reservations and walk-ins welcome.

Hugo Toro has designed Il Grande at Palm Beach Cannes , reimagining the timeless allure of the Riviera through a contemporary lens. Blending vintage glamour, nostalgia, and theatrical artistry, he transforms this Côte d’Azur destination into an immersive world of elegance, drama, and design.

The restaurant serves Italian favourites like truffle arancini, paccheri with tomato sauce, and scaloppine al limone.

Upstairs at Ronnie’s

Opening February 2026, Upstairs at Ronnie’s is a newly reimagined 140-capacity venue on the first floor of the club that has defined UK jazz since 1959.

Rebuilt with cutting-edge sound, bold design, and a dedication to live music at its finest, this intimate space will showcase the very best in jazz, soul, gospel, hip hop, classical and more — including our own Upstairs Late Late Show, spotlighting rising stars and grassroots talent.

Our goal is for Upstairs at Ronnie’s to become as essential as the iconic room downstairs.

Café Linea has landed in Chelsea, just off Duke of York Square an all-day European restaurant, bar and bakery designed by Dion & Arles (Chiltern Firehouse, Dovetale) and led by Head Chef Simon Merrick (ex-Corrigan, Sellers, Handling) and Chef Partner Carolina Ferpozzi.

On the menu:-
🦪 Colchester oysters with shallot & lime
🦞 Lobster éclair
🐓 Fried pepper chicken with homemade pickles
🐟 Roasted hake with curried brown crab & braised baby gem
🥩 Devonshire sirloin with green peppercorn sauce
🥧 Curried chicken in a nest, with panzanella & anchoïade (to share)

Da Costa, The Italian in Somerset 🇬🇧

Tucked into the hills of Bruton, Da Costa delivers Italian soul with English character. This rustic bolthole, part of the Artfarm family, serves bold, wood-fired dishes, handmade pasta, and garden-picked produce - straight from their own walled paradise.

Start with beetroot and apple with oat crème fraîche, then move to wild herb and ricotta schlutzkrapfen or tagliolini with Durslade Farm lamb ragu. Off the grill? The Nduja-spiced poussin and Durslade lamb with polenta go hard. Dessert leans classic wood-roasted pear strudel, blackberry sorbet, or a proper tiramisù.

Inside, it’s all copper pans, stacked logs, and dried herbs. Outside, a courtyard garden built for spritz season.
