Looking Down on Others
1. Judging People: If someone from a different family suggests something, the influential members look down on them. The focus is more on who is talking rather than what the idea is.
2. Feeling Superior: They believe they are superior and only their group should make decisions.

Stuck in Old Ways
1. No Change: Since new ideas are not considered, the community remains the same. There is no improvement or progress.
