I've been so busy lately, working, collage, training courses to try and build a better life for me and my kids.

Everything happens for a reason in life and now I just go with the flow.
It is what is is mentality 💯

I now put myself 1st.
The kids are grown up, I'm wiser, stronger and have put so much time and effort into myself that I know what I want and what I deserve.

Some will love this about you, some won't, but if it's what you want to do, then do it.
Don't apologise for wanting to make yourself happy for once

I was asked to design a logo for Wes and his partner for their new business.

He's such a beautiful human with a beautiful aura about him.
He sent me a couple of ideas for branding but left me in total control of it all.

I went with a bold, professional look to make him and his business partner stand out.

I love what I do.
But sometimes I'm too hard on myself and don't give myself enough credit.
A lot of that is influenced by others, which I know is wrong.
Not enough "likes & comments" etc, but at the end of the day I keep pushing myself, I keep going because I know im good at what I do.
This month I had 50% off for my birthday month and I have been so busy.
So thank you to everyone who supports me.

💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
My inbox is always open to anyone struggling.
I lost a friend a couple of years ago who thought he had no other option but to take his own life.
Always be kind to everyone you meet as you don't know who is struggling.

I suffer sometimes with my mental health like a lot of us do when things get too much.
Especially with all these energy prices that have doubled again, putting so much pressure on families.
The best thing you can do is talk.
If you don't feel comfortable talking to friends or family, then talk to me or seek professional support.

Things always seem worse when all you can think about is the bad. It eats away at you.
By talking, you are releasing the bad, bit by bit.
You will start to feel lighter, brighter, and a bit more hopeful for a more positive future.
