She is also now becoming recognized for her studio skills &, under her real name of Daniela Rhodes, has worked with Philth, JP Lantieri, Xspance, Audioglider, Martyn Nytram, Col Lawton & more, releasing on labels Bonzai Music, Dispatch Recs, Krafted, DNBB, Stripped Music, DeepDownDirty, Flemcy Music & others. Her most recent work, 'In My Dreams' with Matt Black & Chris Sterio released on Bonzai Music in Jul 2o2o spent 2 weeks in the Beatport progressive house top 100 chart. Up until the start of 2020, Daniela hosted her live show 'D-Vox & Guests' on Bournemouth’s Afro*disiac Live Radio before making the decision to take a break to focus on vocal collaboration projects. She aired shows on Southampton's Voice FM & Germany's Progressive Beats Radio between 2015-16, has been laying her foundations in Ibiza & Napa since 2016 & held a 3-month residency at a luxury resort in Maldives in 2017. D-Vox has made many guest appearances on nationwide radio stations, including London’s LifeFMTV, playing alongside residents Vitamin-T & Teknola, with her most recent visit B2B with Teknola & Hardpoint Recs boss Martyn Nytram scooping almost 5K live stream views. She also appeared for the stations ‘Ladies Rollin’ Out’ female DJ event in Nov 2017, alongside station owner Lioness, Dutchie, Sweetpea, Lady G & others. In March 2018 D-Vox was also invited by DJ/producer Laurent Schark to share her prog sound on his Selection Show; the worlds’ most syndicated radio show, airing out to 2.8 million listeners. The segment feat Daniela was unknowingly picked up by Italian cable channel Canal 7 which streamed her live performance out to the Mediterranean masses. With the help of her soul friend, SA DJ Sharm Pillay, D-Vox sailed into 2019 with a four-page feat in global Audiation Mag's Jan issue which included her snap on the cover. Following this she was invited by Sharm to share her techno sound with her SEKSiCuLLTURE listeners on Melbourne's Kiss FM, Australia. As well as being heavily involved in the practical side of music, Daniela is also a keen writer, writing the new release promo text for Flemcy Music and Findike Records releases. She also writes event reviews for music media platform Data Transmission, with her next scribble stop at the Good Vibes Only All-Female Wellness & Music Production Retreat in Split, Croatia in May 2021. D-Vox, together with partner DJXJ & friends Graberg & Gabriel Toma, hosts local house & techno event Bournemouth Revival, helping to breathe life back into the underground scene since it's vibrant hub, The Wi******er, closed its doors. With a busy gig diary & producers queuing to work with her vocals, Daniela has her foot on the pedal.
