As we know that education is the rights of every child, we established a free school in the floating slum of Makoko (World largest floating slum).

Hope For The Slum Floating School is a free school for orphans and less privileged children living in makoko slum.
The school is on Water and it's accessible through canoe.

Our Challenges
We have 2 classroom and it can no longer accommodate the children.

Most times we turn children who wants to get enrolled in the floating slum school

We need a bigger space and a permanent structure for the children.

Join us in the campaign to build a permanent and conducive learning space for the children living in makoko floating slum

THE LAGOS SOCIALITE,CHIDINMA OGBULU,Erelu okin kemta,BAGS 27MONTHS INPRISONMENT,

Ms. Ogbulu Pearl, who distributed Premium Motor Spirit, also known as fuel, as souvenir at a party, has been sentenced to 27 months in prison.

Pearl was convicted by a Lagos Special Offences Mobile Court sitting at Oshodi, on Friday.

The defendant was earlier arraigned on March 14, for the offence of distributing PMS as souvenir during her installation party on March 5.

The Chief Magistrate, Kehinde Ogundare, convicted Pearl to three months imprisonment or an option of N15, 000 fine on the first count.

Ogundare also ordered the Lagos socialite to pay the sum of N1 million on second and third count charges or face two years imprisonment.

Pearl was accused of violating section 251(1), 168 (1), 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and Section 195 (2)(b) of the Environmental Management Protection Law of Lagos State 2017.

The defendant who had earlier pleaded not guilty, later changed it to guilty.
