This Spring SUBMIT TO THE SPIN on TOXICATOR - Alton Towers' thrilling NEW ride for 2025!! 🧪☣️🤩

"Toxicator - Alton Towers' new topspin ride can accommodate more than 500 riders per hour. They are seated back-to-back before being flipped round and held face down above a ‘bubbling pool of highly toxic alien acid’.

The first-of-its-kind in the UK, Toxicator sees thrillseekers subjected to heart-pounding centrifugal forces from intense spin patterns.

The only topspin ride in the world to be elevated above ground level means spectators can watch the entire experience from underneath.

Standing at a record-breaking 78ft high thanks to its setting on a 16ft elevated platform - it is situated in the Forbidden Valley next to the iconic Nemesis Reborn.

It is the latest technology from the shadowy organisation known as The Phalanx and is used by them to extract and separate toxic saliva from the Nemesis creature.

It applies an intense spinning, centrifugal force to the saliva which turns it into a chemical solution so powerful it will melt anything it touches.

Fans were recently treated to an exciting first tease of the new attraction in a TV advert unveiled this week.

Continuing my look back at my previous visit to EnergyLandia today I'm taking another look at my first ever ride on Frida - the park's Vekoma Rides Manufacturing B.V. Junior Coaster located within Smoczy Gród opposite Zadra.

Now, in my opinion, this had to be one of the least forceful coasters on park and what's more, riders only got one lap (as opposed to the two most junior coasters have as standard) making it probably the weakest roller coaster of the entire trip.

Regardless of this, Frida still offers some pretty good views of Zadra and the surrounding area as it makes it's way around and reaches a family friendly speed of 27.7 mph making it ideal for younger riders who fancy taking on their first roller coaster experience.

Well, I've just concluded my opening day visit to The Puzzling World Of Professor Kettlestring here in York & what a great little attraction it is!

Highly interactive from start to finish, very theatrical and immersive throughout too.

This newest addition to York's family friendly attractions line up provides something for everyone offering optical illusions & mind boggling photo opportunities aplenty 🤩👌🏻

What's more? There was no rush to get through either and staff were on hand throughout to answer any questions or queries you may have about what you're looking at or how they work.

Overall a very enjoyable visit and something very different to anything else currently on offer here in Yorkshire!

With the weather outside absolutely Baltic, it's days like these you usually find yourself looking for things to do INDOORS!

Whether that's as a family or on your own, York is usually a great place to start and with lots of fun family attractions already on offer, it's safe to say this historic city couldn't get much more fun right? WRONG!!

This Friday January 10th I'll be heading back to one of my favourite places in the North for the opening day of The Puzzling World Of Professor Kettlestring - an immersive, mind boggling new family attraction offering a truly unique, one of a kind experience!

But what is The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring? Here's what we know.......

"From a sideways living room where gravity seems to defy logic, to a room where children suddenly appear taller than their parents, every corner of this mind-bending world will leave you questioning reality. There’s even a kitchen parlour where heads appear severed on platters, offering the perfect mix of fun and fascination! Get ready to snap unbelievable photos and share your unforgettable experience.

Another surprisingly fun coaster at EnergyLandia was The Dragon Roller Coaster! 🐉

This Vekoma Rides Manufacturing B.V. suspended family coaster proved pretty forceful throughout it's ride time and featured some great moments of whip too.

The dive into the dragon's mouth off the top of the lift was incredibly cool too taking you below water level into the middle of the surrounding pool in a purpose built tunnel.

The Dragon Roller Coaster also reached speeds of up to 47 mph, heights of up to 63 ft and felt a real step up from the previous ride of this kind I'd experienced at Paultons Park earlier last year!

Good Morning Everyone! 😁

Another pleasant surprise during my last trip to EnergyLandia was my first ride on Choco Chip Creek - the park's NEW for 2024 Vekoma Rides Manufacturing B.V. Mine Train coaster.

This fun family coaster features 3 lift hills and makes up the headline attraction of the park's NEW for 2024 land Sweet Valley - a vibrantly coloured, candy themed land perfect for families and younger guests.

Choco Chip Creek was as far from your traditional mine train coaster as possible though packing in some fantastic forces and whippy transitions throughout it's 3,759.8 ft of twisting steel track.

Whilst nowhere near as forceful as Colorado Express at Phantasialand, Choco Chip Creek still managed to deliver one heck of a surprise and superseded every expectation I had going into riding it and then some!! :-D

Further details surrounding Alton Towers' upcoming NEW CBeebies Land roller coaster have now been revealed showing the new ride will replace Postman Pat as many have predicted 👀👍🏻

With regards to theme what are you expecting? We're of the same mindset as many others in the fact we expect Bluey to take centre stage with this one 😉
