Here are some of our top colour grading tips. π
1. Take your time. Grading is often a rushed process crammed in at the end of an edit. This is an integral part of creating something that truly looks good and is able to capture the attention of your audience. So take time and make it Perfect!
2. Use colour theory and combinations. Certain colour combinations are more pleasing to your eyes than others such as teal & orange. They can also effect how your audience will perceive a certain scene or shot.
3. Film in S-LOG or another low contrast (Flat) camera setting. This will allow you to have maximum control over how the final image looks (it's what all the pros do.)
