The best of local and national punk, rock & metal assemble at O'rileys on 12th July - So far announced are: Sworn Amongst, AN ACT OF TREASON, Alice in Thunderland, No Brains UK, Stimpy Myth, Hell To Pay, with 4 more to be announced!!!

On the door is only £9 but our e-tickets are great value at only £7!!! a little saving (or more drinks) is yours!!

WE WANT YOUR SUPPORT!!!!

We are looking for some folks to help us out NEXT YEAR!!!

We will be looking for people who can assist us in; flyering, promotion (Hull and out of town), updating various sites and mailing tickets. We'd also need a little help on the day with hauling gear but shared amongst us all and the bands, its not a lot of work.

We are more than happy to talk payment to yourselves

We are looking at atleast 2 to help us. But wont quibble if we get more. A maximum of 4 would be more than enough!

We need your help to make it happen for next year. We will endevour to bring the best up and coming bands to you all!!!

Final thank you to all 12 of the great bands who played NUKEFEST:2013, the guys who ran The Piper Club, Sound, DJ and the NUKEFEST team. We had some issues, many we know now to have resolved before we hit them again. 2 main ones where we needed a dedicated stage crew and a better flow of gear in and out the stage. Other than that it was a highly productive day. May not have been profitable but when your getting your foot in the door, sometimes it gets a bit squashed! More thanks to Reign of Fury's Andy Pilkington who made us some amazing posters, which we loved so much, we kept and adorned shop windows and fans walls across the UK :-) shame we had issues with RoF's set which stemmed from our own inexperience but we have learnt more in a day than some in a year!

Where next?

Well there are a few steps to take and a few things to go see, you never know what might happen!

Convolution are an energetically aggressive heavy metal band from the north east of england.

Weve just announced our last band for NUKEFEST 2013 until the BotB winner.... DEATH VALLEY KNIGHTS

Blending themes as varied as bikers, the occult, alcohol and women, the Death Valley Knights are a London-based hard rock/metal band looking to help you bang your heads, throw the horns and slam copious amounts of beer. The group formed in late 2009 when Texas guitarist/vocalist,Jake, and London guitarist Nikhil Talwar (both of whom had been writing and playing together for some time) met with drummer Rich Milton to seriously explore bringing the music to a live audience as well as writing more material for release. Elliott Hall took up the cause on bass early the following year and the Death Valley Knights became the axe-wielding, beer guzzling, fire-breathing entity it is today.
The band has recently released two singles available for download and is currently in the recording studio putting the final touches on two new singles to be added to the online catalog in mid-February of this year. In the meantime, the Death Valley Knights will playing more shows and unleashing more of the guitar-laden hard rock their audience have come to love and hope to bring more headbangers into the fold.
