Halloween is almost upon us 🎃 Come down to The Curve and check out our spooky decorations as we celebrate the run up to Halloween.

We're encouraging everyone to come up with creative Halloween art, 3D models and all things creative for spooky season!

Our usual 3D modelling workshop on a Tuesday afternoon will be postponed for the next 3 weeks (25th October, 1st November and 8th November). However, you can still attend our other workshops including todays digital art session with Anna Bean at 3pm.

Need access to a computer? 💻

Whether you need to fill out an online application, complete college work or simply want to play around with the adobe software or watch a video, our computers are free to access in The Curve and available to use during our open sessions (unless there is a closed workshop taking place).

If you're interested in trying it out for yourself and seeing what you can create, join our 3D modelling sessions on a Tuesday afternoon! Design your own concepts using our Ipads and we'll help you bring it to life.

No experience is ever required to join our sessions and workshops, just pop in and see what you can create!

Are you lacking confidence with computers and IT skills? Learn the basics of how to navigate computers in our upcoming Essential Digital Skills Course starting 21st September! 💻

Learn how to create documents, find information and shop safely, basic troubleshooting, protecting yourself against viruses among other things.

Our 12 hour Digital Skills Challenge will officially be taking place September 13th!

Similar to The Warren's previous 12 hour learning challenge, we'll be running our very own digital skills challenge where you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, have some fun and get involved in some team activities! The challenge will start at 12pm and last the full 12 hours (we'll be providing pizza, cookies and plenty of breaks to help you through it!).

There are very limited spaces so be sure to book yourself in, it'll be a great opportunity to get stuck in and meet new people! Spaces are filling fast so if you'd like to sign up, let a member of The Curve team know or put your name on the sign up sheet in The Curve office 🙂

A quick announcement to let you all know that The Curve will be closed on Tuesday 16th August for the day. However, we will be running as usual for the rest of the week.

Hi Everyone! This is your last reminder to get your self booked on our new project, ‘LapTop Attack’ 💻. Where you’ll get the chance to learn how to dismantle and rebuild a laptop, as well as learn the theory around basic computing, with the bonus of taking away an ‘Essential Digital Skills certificate’ 🏆🎖and the laptop you were given 🙌.
