🏚️ Abandoned Horders House in uk

🔦 Nestled at the edge of a small village, this decaying house stood as a relic of the past. Inside, the air was thick with dust and memories.

Creaking floorboards and faded wallpaper whispered stories of a once vibrant life. Each step through the house drew you deeper into a time long gone, where echoes of laughter and daily routines lingered in the silent, crumbling walls...

Unfortunately I was about 5 years 2 late for this one but here’s what we captured

🔦 The Religious Horder House was pretty impressive explore although I’m not overally keen on horder houses but I enjoyed venturing inside this place hope you enjoy what we captured

🔦 This old decaying house stands abandoned in a main busy road in a town this house was absolutely amazing a true t950’s time capsule there was so much left behind from antique dressers books hats clothes paintings everything in this beautiful home was memories of a past era by far one of the best places we have ventured inside here is what we captured

🚫 Littlewoods Bunker

🔦 The bunker was built before the World War 2 for the workers of the LittleWoods Pools building. The shelter is 300m long ands laid out in a grid with 13 entrances.

Its great treasure though is the remarkable series of portraits of men and women at the south end.

Several wear helmets and their quality suggests that they may have been painted from life, perhaps to entertain the occupants during the tedious wait for the All Clear.

There are men and women, and one portrait even appears to cleverly work round a pre-existing stain on the concrete surface. These appear to be the work of one artist.

It is likely that they are sketches of coworkers at the factory, and some individuals are identified by their initials.

Most are of women, while the men shown are either in uniform or middle aged, one appearing with a bow tie and one with a pipe.

🎭 Theatre Royal

🔦 The Theatre Royal, a replacement of an earlier theatre, opened in 1904/5 purely for live
entertainment. A superb taçade in ashlar stone in the Edwardian style dates from this period, and was designed by Richard Horsfall & Son of Halifax.

The 1,900-seat auditorium, believed to have been on 4 levels was gutted in April 1937 and to the plans of architect Christopher Rowland Cooper a new two tier 2,200-seat cinema auditorium was created which extended into the stage area.

The cinema closed around the 1960's and became a bingo hall which in turn closed in the 1990's. Various redevelopment schemes, retaining the façade of the Grade Il Listed building, but demolishing the auditorium came to nought and it re-opened as a nightclub, Chinese restaurant and bar. 🚫 Abandoned mill in uk 🇬🇧

🔦 This place was absolutely incredible to explore and capture the floors was very questionable. The mill was a tool makers for leather craft.

I’m unsure on the exact year this place became disused. Also this is a well known location in the uk hope you enjoy what we captured as we ventured inside the George Barnsley & sons

🔦 In today’s post I’m uncovering a secret place unlike any exploration I have ever done hidden in the suburbs of town stands this massive decaying house as a relic of its past.

Inside, the air was thick with dust and memories.

We knew this place was going to be hard to infiltrate as others had got caught so Me & Rhythm Decay Urbex Fear In The Dark ventured a long way from home on a cold and wet night in terential rain to attempt this house so here is what we captured as we ventured inside the house

🛍️ TJ Hughes aka (Co-operative Emporian)

🔦 Sunwin house was built in 1950's as a co-operative emporium but to the recent generation it will be know as TJ Hughes, The Grade 2 listed building has layed derelict since 2011 when the department store left the city.

But now a new planning application submitted to Bradford Council would see the ground floor of the building converted into an entertainment venue, targeting families. The plans also call for a café and the building to be repaired and restored. Did this 2 years ago and is now currently getting renovated hope you enjoy what we captured

🔦 we noticed this church on google maps so we ventured to check this place out. The gothic style church was extremely fun to explore and photograph we presume it’s been abandoned well over a decade due to the amount of bird carcasses as decay we think. Hope you enjoy what we captured
