Hockley Station Kiosk

I know I haven’t been very active on here lately but I have some very sad news to convey. Due to rising costs and lack of customers…Dad and I have come to the very hard decision of closing our little square at Hockley Station.
Our last trading day will be Saturday 15th October.

We would like to thank everyone for their support and kind words but unfortunately we cannot viably stay open on words alone.

We may not have got COVID but COVID has killed us!

Once you’ve popped in to our kiosk to grab some refreshments and a newspaper before your train, why not go and enjoy them in the lovely ‘Station Garden’ at the end of Platform 1? There’s even a talking bench where you can find out more about the garden and the history of Hockley.

Just wanted to say a really big THANK YOU to everybody who supported us over the last week or so! Due to the physical support in-store we have been able to re-stock some of our missing lines and start filling our shelves back up!!
We now it will be a slow process and it will never be the same as it was before lock-down but recently things have started to look up and long May it continue. You, the community, know we are here now more than ever and hopefully you will continue to call in whenever you visit the station!?
