The video for the latest Nature of Wires single Pride Now Falls is live on YouTube!

Pride Now Falls is a song about the decline of the NHS in the UK, largely, it would seem, because of government underfunding and mismanagement, which contribute to low morale and staff shortages. We should however continue to salute the amazing efforts of the doctors and nurses on the front line of the service, who are almost always working under the most extreme pressures.

Big thanks to Blitzed Magazine, for the 4 page feature starting on p42 in the new issue 18, in which our Gary gets interviewed about his experiences with a relatively new, controversial and extremely divisive technology, which is taking the music business (if not the World) by storm.

Gary was essentially kidnapped by the editors of Blitzed and driven to a secret location, which turned out to be the amazing Bletchley Park near Milton Keynes, home of the WWII code-breaking computers! Izzy and the team there were very accommodating and even closed off an area to the public so that they could get some snaps taken by pro photographer Rob. Gary got to actually stand inside an enormous 1940s code-breaking machine, appropriately called Colossus. It had to be switched off before Gary was allowed to get inside, as apparently otherwise it could have killed him! A fun time was had by all.

Also included in issue 18 are features with our buddies Matt Wild from VIEON and Adam Creswell from Happy Robots Records. There’s also a fab interview with Gary Numan, who gives his take (p22) on the controversial topic about which our Gary talks.

While we’re on the subject of controversial topics, this is the first time we’ve used the tag, to hopefully grab your attention. It will be interesting to see how well it works.

Yes, it’s true. We’re coming out of retirement for Beat:Cancer, a charity which is very dear to us. Thrilled to be appearing alongside three awesome acts.

We haven’t played together for over five years, so please come along to see if we three daft old sods (Andrew, Tim & Gary) have still got it and help us raise money (and the roof) for this most worthy of causes.

Looking forward to seeing some old friends and to making a few new ones.

The Cure end their 8 week stint in the German Alternative Singles Chart, having spent 6 weeks at number 1 and 2 weeks at number 2.

We have a new number 1 this week!

Blackened Veil is the third single to be released from our new album Digital Silence and is the third single to reach the number 1 spot in the DAC! Can't quite believe it tbh.
