What a wonderful Hebden Bridge Open Studios 😍😍😍 I only captured a few images as I was too busy talking and catching up with friends, but it was amazing to see many people attending and visiting the many studios and houses/ gardens on this beautiful rainbow weekend. ☀️🌞☔️🌧️🌈🌈🌈🌈💗💗💗

To clarify a point to the local community of Hebden Bridge and beyond, this is leaflet below is in direct competition with your local post office, as it encourages a convenient method of doing your postage BUT at the detriment of our community based businesses, taking away vital income we need to survive. Royal Mail and Post Office are totally separate businesses with no financial ties, and our revenue is generated by transactions we do over the counter, not online or prepaid postage. Without YOU coming into the branch, there won’t be US.

Wainsgate will have Open Studios on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July from 11am to 5pm
Wainsgate Chapel is always a wonderful place to visit as part of the Hebden Bridge Open Studios.
This years Open Studios will be a smaller, but still lovely event with 3 Wainsgate Studio holders showing their work:
The artists are: Kathryn Baker, Sally Dawson, and Amanda Farrell

We are celebrating our 4th Anniversary of broadcasting. Launched during the middle of a pandemic Calder Valley Radio was launched to help provide a voice for the local community.
It’s been a fantastic four years and the station has gone from strength to strength and we want to say a big THANK YOU to all of your for your continued support. We really do appreciate it and here is too many more years to come in providing a local community radio for the Calder Valley and beyond

It’s been a fab day today- driving into hebden and seeing all the ‘vote labour’ flags then seeing everyone’s happy faces really did bring me joy. Feels like it’s been a while since we had some positivity!! Anyway, open all weekend for you, got our fab new gal in tomorrow so pop on down and say 👋🏻 I’ll give you a proper intro tomoz! Yay to the weekend! 💥
