• There is NO PLANNING PERMISSION for any of this.
• No planning permission = no regulation = they do what they want.
• MSDC have issued an ENFORCEMENT NOTICE to stop these activities.
• BUT the operators are APPEALING against this and trying to get IMMUNITY from any action.
• There is a PUBLIC INQUIRY into all of this, but only a few days to respond.
the dead line is the 17th of July to have submitted views to the planning inspectorate
