Our Story

Hello and I am thrilled that you have clicked on my page.

Join me on a Sunday afternoon from 12.00 - 1.30 pm for my Sunday Pick n Mix Show playing popular music across the decades.

I love all kinds of music so you will hear a wide selection of genres, moods and decades. From Motown, jazz, soul, pop, country, folk, rock n roll – 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and more current music too– I play it all. Sometimes I will choose a theme for my shows and feature songs around the theme with chat and facts and little stories which I hope are of interest to listeners.

I believe in the power of music to soothe, heal and comfort and bring back reminders of places and times and hopefully good memories. I think this is especially important if a person is at a low ebb with illness or suffers from dementia and needs a song to find themselves again or give them a boost.
