Just popped onto update since I had to cancel last week's first Late Night show of 2025 due to ill health - very sore throat and at times painful headaches and partially in the mornings a little bit loopy.

Further that I did intend to cover Lorraine Muir-Houston's Music Emporium today but had to cancel due to how unwell I felt over the weekend.

I've spent the last few days since I've been laid up in bed and also been out to get some fresh air too. As of today, I feel much better and most of my vocals back.

Hopefully with a bit more rest between now and this Thursday. I do hope to be returning to the airwaves on East coast fm 107.6 Scotland official
