Loads going on at the moment, as always!!

Currently working on upgrades to the computers and the software we use. The software we use is so resource hungry, the main computer is now running 128GB of RAM!

The software minimum requirements is just crazy, but we need to go well above and beyond that or it all takes ages to digitally process the designs we do.

All designs and prints / cuts / embroidery are all 100% done in-house. We don't charge a design fee!!

We've been a bit quiet of late. Both Amy and I had gone down with flu/covid or whatever that was!! We're both on the mend now thankfully!

We have been working on projects but have had to keep them hush as they are Christmas presents and didn't want to spoil the surprises by posting them up!

Today's plan.

Amy is doing embroidery projects.

I'm sorting out the HTV, then other projects!

Start to finish.

First I do the deisgn, then cut it on HTV (heat transfer vinyl). Then it is weeded (the bits that are not needed are removed). The HTV has to be cut reversed and weeded from the back, which is the white part, with the clear plastic on the front. The heat press is turned on and taken up to 160 degrees Celsius. The tshirt gets loaded into the heat press and the HTV gets lined up in place. The heat press is lowered onto the shirt with Teflon between. Once pressed on the clear plastic top is removed carefully. The tshirt is re-pressed and it's job done!!

It's been a crazy day up here in the studio.

I cannot show you all what we've been up to just yet as it's top secret until after the club meet in the morning. Photo's will be posted straight after!

I'm just shutting it all down, there's commitment for you, it's nearly a quarter past midnight, and we've just finished for the day!
