d security. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: to process / mail your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes. Availability
The majority of our items are made to order but at times ready to post items will be uploaded to the page with a full description and price. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available/been sold. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this page to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that the descriptions of our products are fair and accurate. However, we do reserve the right to decline any order where there has clearly been a material error, or where there is an inaccuracy or omission in the price and/or description of any of our products and/or services as displayed or advertised on the page. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated on size and weight of your order. Delivery/Packaging
From 01/09/2015 all our items will now be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified via e-mail, express and 1st class delivery is available upon request. We will make sure your package is well packaged and protected to prevent any damage in transit, if this means we have to use a larger box to do so then we will. FREE delivery is now available for customers within the UK. All ready-made items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from cleared payment. Made to order items will vary on the product and will be clearly stated at the point of order. Payment
Payment are made via Paypal. You may use your Paypal balance, Visa, MasterCard, or other cards that Paypal accepts. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time your order is placed. If your payment fails for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Paypal uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transaction information is protected to the highest standard. A Paypal account is not needed to use this payment method. Refunds/Returns
Refunds must be done up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Refunds are not offered on custom/bespoke items. If however I feel I am able to resell the item I will choose to refund at my own discretion. Faulty items can be fixed or replaced if posted back to samylovesbags prior to photographic evidence of the faulty item as soon as it is received. Personalised items are non refundable unless a spelling mistake has been made on my behalf, please check any spellings before making an order. I will always confirm a spelling when ordering to double check. When returning an item we expect it to be packaged the way it was sent, safely. We hold no responsibility for damages or loss in the post on return to Samylovesbags. To cover this please return signed for or tracked delivery. Return costs are paid by the customer. Delayed or Missing Orders
If you have not received your item(s) within the time frame you requested please get in contact so we can look into this for you. Please also note Royal Mail will not issue an item as lost until 20 working days where we can then make a claim ourselves. Notes to consider
Due to certain times being extra busy we advise you to make your order well in advance to avoid disappointment. Some items can take longer to make than others and you will be given an estimated time frame for when they will be complete along with photo's of the progress to make any necessary minor changes.
